“The true expression of oneself is the most powerful form of human existence.” – Dr. Aashi Verma
Healing Energy of Art Inspires Me…
For as long as I can remember, art has been a quiet constant in my life—a space of wonder, escape, and truth. During one of the more difficult phases of my journey, it wasn’t just therapy that helped me. It was art itself that became my lifeboat. A blank page became a place to breathe, reflect, and release.
Over time, I’ve come to believe that everyone should experience the healing power of art before turning outward for help. Art is deeply personal, yet universally human. It doesn’t ask for perfection—only presence.
Even today, I’m still discovering new pieces of myself through every brushstroke and sketch. Creating art continues to be a joyful journey inward—one that I hope my work invites you to take for yourself.
Artist Statement
I believe that art carries its own soul—a quiet character that speaks, moves, and deeply influences those who experience it. My creative process is largely instinctive and spontaneous, often emerging without a predefined plan.
Each piece becomes a release of energy, emotion, and presence—an honest reflection of what flows through me in the moment. It’s not about control; it’s about surrendering to the process and allowing the work to reveal what words cannot.
My hope is that whoever encounters my work connects with it on a personal level— not necessarily by understanding it, but by sensing something meaningful in it. For me, that’s the real magic of art.
