Commissions & Licensing

Original artwork created for your space, and licensing for publications and brands that wish to reproduce existing works.

Commissions

A work made for you, in my language.

My process is instinctive — I don’t paint to a fixed picture, I paint to a feeling. When you commission a piece, we begin with a conversation about the emotion, the space, and the scale you have in mind, and I carry that intention into the work. What emerges is entirely yours, yet unmistakably mine.

  1. Enquiry

Write to me through the contact form with the size, medium, and mood you’re drawn to. Photos of the wall or space are always welcome.

  2. Conversation & proposal

We speak about direction, palette, and timeline. I then send a written proposal covering the artwork description, price, schedule, and terms — so everything is clear before we begin.

  3. Deposit

A 50% deposit confirms the commission and secures your place in my schedule. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers materials and dedicated studio time.

  4. Creation, with you along the way

I share progress photographs at agreed check-in points so you can see the work take shape. Because my practice is abstract and intuitive, I retain creative interpretation — that surrender to the process is part of what you’re commissioning.

  5. Completion & delivery

On completion, the remaining 50% is due. The artwork is then carefully packed and shipped, fully insured, with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Timeline

Most commissions are completed within 4–8 weeks of the deposit, depending on size, medium, and drying time. Your proposal will include a specific delivery estimate.

Pricing

Commission pricing follows the size and medium of the work, in line with my available originals. Share your budget in the enquiry and I’ll suggest what’s possible within it.

Shipping

Worldwide, insured shipping from India. International customs duties, where applicable, are the collector’s responsibility and are noted in the proposal.

Copyright & certificate

You receive the original artwork for personal display, with a signed certificate of authenticity. Copyright in the work remains with the artist, including the right to photograph and exhibit the piece in portfolio and archival contexts.
